Project: Aerate a Lawn Comments: In addition to the aeration, I had the lawn area over seeded, fertilized, and soil added where needed. Tree pruning was also performed. All work was performed was done in a thorough manner and area was cleaned-up as needed.

Phil did an amazing job painting the master bedroom (walls and trim), a high vaulted ceiling entrance way (walls and trim), and main living area (walls and trim). Phil also painted the front door and touched up around the kitchen and ceilings. Phil did an amazing job --- the place looks brand new - like the day that I moved in!!!
