Our Lawn Care Program is designed to take care of the necessary steps to ensure your lawn is happy and healthy throughout the year. What is a Lawn Care Program?
Our Lawn Care Program is a yearly plan that includes a minimum of 4 visits:
- Step 1 – Early Spring Application – this includes a pre-emergent to prevent Crabgrass and fertilizer that helps promote a healthy lawn in the Spring.
- Step2 – Late Spring Early Summer Application – this includes a perfect organic fertilizer blend spot treating weeds to control the growth. We do not flood the property with unnecessary chemicals but target patches or specific turf weeds.
- Step3 – Late Summer Application – a slow release fertilizer with grub and insect control. This allows the lawn to slowly get the nutrients it needs during the hot summer months.
- Step4 – Fall Application – this includes an organic fertilizer to help the lawn recovery from summer and stay green and healthy into the Fall and Winter months.

Core Aeration and Over Seeding
Our Core Aeration and Over Seeding services help promote new grass growth on existing lawns. We provide this service to help add new grass to the existing lawn to get quick results into the turf. The result in a thicker and lush lawn.
With years of landscaping experience, we offer the perfect Aeration and Seeding program created for your home. Our crews will get the job done quickly and professionally, with minimal disturbance to your home and neighborhood. Here is the proven process we have developed:
- Site visit to evaluate the turf and discuss the options and program with you.
- Emailed quote which can be approved electronically. Once approved the job will be scheduled and you will receive an email the day prior to our arrival.
- Onsite visit includes Core Aeration on the property, Over Seeding the property with new grass seed, and then applying Starter Fertilizer to help stimulate the new seedlings growth.
- Once the visit is complete we will send an email with the details of the job and the invoice to pay online.

Lawn Dethatching
Normal grass clippings decompose into the soil and provide nutrients back to the grass. It is natures way to recycling. However, working in the landscaping fields we often see lawns that are over fertilized or heavily watered creating excessive grass growth and too many clippings are left on the lawn and on top of the soil. This creates thatch. Thatch is a layer if dead grass between the actual grass blades and the soil. Heavy thatch creates a barrier that doesn’t allow nutrients, fertilizer, water etc to penetrate properly into the soil and can become harmful.
Our De-thatching process is simply amazing. We have a machine that attaches to the front of our lawn mowing equipment and rakes out the thatch and places it onto the top of the lawn in front of the mower. Then the lawn mower vacuums the dead grass clippings, aka thatch into our grass handling system. The result is little or no thatch left in the yard and the grass will be ready to accept nutrients and water for the season. This creates a happy and healthy lawn.
