We hired BrookBerry's to do home improvements to get our house ready to sell. Projects included both interior and exterior work (painting siding, fixing damaged drywall, painting entire downstairs, building a new closet, recaulking showers, replacing light fixture, securing wooden railing, hanging TV on wall, etc). The work is top notch! In addition to excellent quality work, we were thrilled to find someone who is dependable and trustworthy. Our search for a new home previously only included homes in "move in" condition. Thanks to BrookBerry's, we have expanded our search to include houses that need work. We've had BrookBerry do several major projects for us in addition to their regular yard clean-up and plowing. They did a beautiful bathroom remodel right down to the attractive tile work in the shower and on the floors. Because the quality of the bathroom was top-notch, we had them back to do some interior painting, and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result. Most recently, they rebuilt our two-level deck--including the flooring, railings, stairs, and staining. Project: Mow Grass and Maintain Landscaping Comments: I called Brookberry's about maintaining my yard. Phil came out the very next day to give us an estimate. He is very friendly and personable. He's been taking care of our yard the past two months and it has never looked better. He pays attention to detail and does a fantastic job.

Philip Stevens and his team at Brookberry have been fantastic! Their prices are also very reasonable. We've been contracted with him and his team for 2 years to plow our driveway and in the summer they keep our property looking great. He even stakes out the driveway for the winter season to ensure we don't lose any turf. He and his team are extremely professional and keep us informed about when they're coming for both plowing and weekly cuts. Their billing system also is a breeze.
