I called BrookBerry for what I considered to be a big project and remodel of a basement kitchen. I am so happy I did. Phil is a wonderful person- extremely fair, honest, and hard working. He gave us an estimate and was there promptly the next day. He pays attention to detail and is extremely thoughtful with his work. Project: Aerate a Lawn Comments: In addition to the aeration, I had the lawn area over seeded, fertilized, and soil added where needed. Tree pruning was also performed. All work was performed was done in a thorough manner and area was cleaned-up as needed.

Projects included both interior and exterior work (painting siding, fixing damaged drywall, painting entire downstairs, building a new closet, recaulking showers, replacing light fixture, securing wooden railing, hanging TV on wall, etc). The work is top notch! In addition to excellent quality work, we were thrilled to find someone who is dependable and trustworthy. Our search for a new home previously only included homes in "move in" condition. Thanks to BrookBerry's, we have expanded our search to include houses that need work. We've had BrookBerry do several major projects for us in addition to their regular yard clean-up and plowing. They did a beautiful bathroom remodel right down to the attractive tile work in the shower and on the floors. Because the quality of the bathroom was top-notch, we had them back to do some interior painting, and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result. Then they rebuilt our two-level deck--including the flooring, railings, stairs, and staining.
